Overview
Rachel Waddey is an associate and member of Chapman's Asset Securitization Department. She focuses her practice on the representation of financial institutions and other participants in securitization and structured finance matters involving a variety of asset classes.
Rachel participated in Chapman's summer associate program in 2021 and 2022 and joined the firm in 2023. Prior to joining Chapman as an attorney, Rachel participated in the firm's Finance Law Development Program as an Analyst, where she assisted attorneys and professional staff in market research, knowledge management, closings, and deal documentation.
