Caitlin Harrington is an associate in Chapman and Cutler’s Illinois Public Finance Department. She participated in the firm's summer associate program in 2012 and joined the firm in 2013.
While in law school, Caitlin acted as a Judicial Extern for Cook County Circuit Court Sixth District under Presiding Judge Marjorie C. Laws, drafting a bench memorandum on the legality of vehicle Terry stops and subsequent search and seizure. She was also a Legislative Intern for the Office of Chief Counsel of the Illinois Senate Republicans in Springfield, and interned with Illinois American Water.
