Overview
Jennifer Tedjeske is a partner in Chapman’s Banking and Financial Services Department and serves as the Co-Practice Group Leader of the Commercial Lending Group. Jennifer's practice focuses on advising banks and other financial institutions in documenting and structuring credit transactions, including asset-based financings, cash flow loans, acquisition financings, cross-border secured transactions and multi-currency credit facilities. Jennifer also has extensive experience in representing lenders in secured and unsecured credit facilities to private equity funds and their portfolio companies. She has also represented agent banks in numerous out-of-court workouts and restructurings.

- Counsel to agent bank in a $25 million asset-backed secured credit facility to a trucking company
- U.S. counsel to Australian lender group in a credit facility to an Australian-based, public company, including counseling client in structuring of U.S. collateral package
