Leo Gagion is a partner in the Banking and Financial Services Department and Litigation Group of Chapman and Cutler LLP.
Leo has counseled and represented clients in a variety of industries, including the biotechnology, energy, healthcare, investment, chemical, reinsurance, sports, food and gasoline industries. Prior to joining Chapman and Cutler, Leo was a partner at the law firm of Dewey & LeBoeuf. He also served as a legal assistant to two members of the Iran-United States Claim Tribunal in The Hague, The Netherlands in 1987-1988, and as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Roger J. Miner, United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in 1986 and the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York in 1985.
