Marie Oldham is a partner in the Banking and Financial Services Department. She concentrates her practice in commercial lending. She has extensive experience representing financial institutions (as well as borrowers) in large-cap and middle-market lending transactions. Marie's practice also includes representing financial institutions in out-of-court workouts and restructurings.

Representative Transactions

Generally, lenders in numerous syndicated large-cap and middle-market lending transactions, including subordinated and mezzanine financings including:

  • Representing the agent in connection with a $100 million asset-based revolving credit facility with a bifurcated lien structure and the intercreditor arrangements with a high-yield public notes facility
  • Representing the agent in connection with a $90 million cash flow acquisition financing facility to a borrower in the health club business 
  • Representing the agent in connection with a $50 million cash flow loan to recapitalize a high-tech borrower
  • Representing the agent in connection with a $260 million widely syndicated first lien facility to a borrower in the auto industry and the intercreditor arrangements with both second lien and mezzanine debt facilities
  • Representing the sole lender in connection with a $22 million acquisition revolving and term loan to a borrower in the publishing industry
  • Representing the agent in connection with a club deal $80 million asset-based loan to a meat processor
