Nathan Simington is an associate in Chapman’s Asset Securitization Department.
Nathan represents clients in a wide variety of asset finance and securitization matters, including in public and private issuances in term deals, master trusts, variable funding notes, and asset-backed credit facilities. He also has experience in a broad range of asset classes, including automobile loans and leases, credit card receivables, marketplace loans, health care receivables, mortgage servicing rights, and charitable donations.
Before joining Chapman, Nathan was an associate in the corporate group at Kirkland & Ellis LLP and he also served in the finance group of Mayer Brown LLP.
