Nick Carreri is an associate in Chapman’s Banking and Financial Services Department and Asset Securitization Group. He works with borrowers, issuers, funds, banks, commercial paper conduits, marketplace lending platforms and other financial institutions on a range of financings.
Nick has experience with asset-backed securities issuances, acquisition financings, secured credit facilities, CDO transactions, CLO transactions and other structured finance transactions.
He has worked on securitization transactions involving diverse asset classes, including trade receivables, consumer and commercial loans, structured settlements, and automobile and equipment leases. He has also represented lead arrangers, administrative agents and lenders in single- and multi-bank revolving credit facilities, acquisition financings, loan syndications, asset-based financings, and cross-border secured transactions involving multi-currency availability.
Nick participated in the firm’s summer associate program in 2014 and joined the firm in 2015.
