Roseanne Vega is a member of the Public Finance Group at Chapman and Cutler LLP. She serves as the Senior Legal Administrative Manager and paralegal for the department’s tax-exempt municipal financing contracts and leases origination, placement and securitization subgroup.

Roseanne supports the Firm’s transactional practice on behalf of bank, finance company and other investors in tax-exempt municipal financing contracts and capital leases issued or entered into by State and local governments around the country. In that capacity, she manages the documentation and closing process for a broad range of tax-exempt, taxable and tax credit municipal financing contracts and capital leases, including secondary market securitization of those obligations either on an individual or pooled basis; participates in the due diligence review of tax-exempt municipal financing contracts and capital leases in connection with portfolio sales and purchases; and develops and implements standardized documents and procedures for particular types of public finance transactions, including various forms of tax credit obligations under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
