Rick Cosgrove is a partner in the Banking Department with a focus in the areas of structured finance, credit enhancement, public finance, leasing, derivative products and capital markets activities of banking institutions. He has been practicing law since 1977 when he joined Chapman and Cutler. Mr. Cosgrove has extensive experience in the representation of domestic and foreign banking institutions and leasing companies in a wide variety of financial transactions, including asset securitization, credit enhancement, derivative products, leasing, project finance and structured financings.
