Chapman is serving as US counsel to the indenture trustee in connection with the restructuring of approximately US$60 million (NIS 213 million) of bonds traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange issued by Delshah Capital Ltd., a British Virgin Islands company whose US subsidiaries are engaged in the acquisition and development of real estate projects in the New York City metro area.
