Chapman served as counsel to Perceptive Advisors in connection with a $75 million term loan facility with warrants for GeneDx, a leading genetics company known for rare disease testing and genetic sequencing. The term loan facility includes an initial tranche and an additional tranche that is available at the company’s option to support further growth and development.
