Chapman is serving as US counsel to the indenture trustee in connection with the restructuring of approximately US$275 million (NIS 1 billion) of bonds traded on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange issued by Zarasai Group Ltd., a British Virgin Islands company whose US subsidiaries are engaged in the acquisition and development of real estate properties in New York.
