Chapman attorneys Kelley Bender and Sara Ghadiri spoke at the 2019 American College of Investment Counsel's (ACIC) Spring Investment Forum. Kelley moderated a panel discussion entitled "Trends in Private Equity Fund Investments," and Sara participated in a panel discussion entitled "Integrating Pro Bono Into Transactional Practice." Sara serves as Chapman's Pro Bono Counsel. Members of Chapman's Corporate Finance Department attended the forum.
