The State of Illinois' first Pay for Success initiative seeks to improve the lives of youth who are dually-involved in both the child welfare and juvenile justice systems. Chapman is representing Conscience Community Network, LLC (CCN), a network of Illinois not-for-profit service providers. The Chapman team is being led by Partner Amy Curran. Once funding is secured, the program will provide treatment to 807 young people from 18 Illinois counties over four years.
