Overview

Kathryn Allyn is a paralegal and member of Chapman's Banking and Financial Services Department and Commercial Lending Group. She assists attorneys with due diligence review, initial drafts and the preparation of closing documents, and pre- and post-closing matters. Kathryn’s experience includes the representation of commercial banks in revolving credit transactions secured by pooled investment vehicles or commercial real estate, and niche private wealth lenders in financings collateralizing fine art and other esoteric personal assets. Prior to joining the firm, Kathryn worked with the Fund Finance Team at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP.
