Lara A. Greenberg

Lara Greenberg is an associate and member of Chapman’s Asset Securitization Department. Lara represents indenture trustees, owner trustees, administrative agents, collateral agents, custodians, and other service providers in lending facilities, structured finance, and other debt transactions. She has experience in the issuance and on-going administration of securitization transactions involving various asset classes, including aircraft, auto loans, student loans, business loans, and residential and commercial mortgages.

Prior to joining Chapman, Lara was a structured finance associate with two Am Law 100 law firms.
