Overview

Mary Kimura is a partner and member of Chapman's National Public Finance Department. She practices in the area of public finance, with a particular focus on health care and multi-hospital systems. Mary is also active in other areas of nonprofit finance, including financings for the benefit of senior living, educational, cultural, and research institutions. She represents underwriters, nonprofit organizations, municipal issuers, commercial banks, and registered companies as underwriter's counsel, bond counsel, disclosure counsel, lender's counsel, and borrower's counsel in tax-exempt and taxable financings located throughout the United States.
