Michele Dulik

Michele Dulik is a senior counsel in Chapman's National Public Finance Department. She practices in the area of public finance law with an emphasis on health care, higher education, and other 501(c)(3) financings. Michele represents municipal issuers, underwriters, commercial banks and non-profit organizations as bond counsel, underwriter's counsel, lender's counsel and borrower's counsel in both publicly offered and privately placed tax-exempt and taxable financings.
