Steven Philip Bassett

Steven Bassett is an associate and member of Chapman’s National Public Finance Department.  His practice is focused on public finance, project finance and public infrastructure/public-private partnerships (P3) transactions.  In particular, Steven has represented developers on energy-as-a-service project finance transactions located across the country involving health system and higher educational institutions. 

Prior to joining Chapman, Steven practiced at an Am Law 50 firm working on a variety of commercial lending transactions and other general corporate finance matters.
