Yuliya Zahoroda is an associate in Chapman’s Special Situations and Restructuring Group and member of the Banking and Financial Services Department. She represents secured lenders, ad hoc committees, and other creditors in complex out-of-court restructurings and bankruptcy proceedings and advises lenders and investors in distressed and non-distressed transactions involving mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, and special situations financings. 

Prior to joining Chapman, Yuliya practiced at Milbank LLP in New York.
