Bradley Vollkommer is an associate in Chapman's Asset Securitization Department. His practice is focused on securitization and structured finance transactions with an emphasis on collateralized loan obligations. Bradley has experience advising underwriters, asset managers, and investors in connection with broadly syndicated and middle market CLO transactions and term warehouse facilities. His experience includes assisting clients with matters involving federal securities laws and regulatory matters, including compliance with provisions of the Dodd-Frank Act.
Bradley also has experience with derivatives, structured products, and general corporate law matters.
