Caitlin Harrington is an associate in Chapman and Cutler’s Illinois Public Finance Department. Caitlin participated in the firm’s summer associate program in 2012 and joined the firm in 2013.
Caitlin serves as bond counsel, disclosure counsel and underwriter’s counsel in numerous governmental purpose bond transactions throughout Illinois. She represents cities, villages, school districts, community colleges, park districts, library districts and other governmental issuers.
Prior to joining Chapman, Caitlin was a Judicial Extern for Cook County Circuit Court Sixth District under Presiding Judge Marjorie C. Laws and was also a Legislative Intern for the Office of Chief Counsel of the Illinois Senate in Springfield.
