Dan Hey is a full stack developer that specializes in front-end development for Chapman’s Practice Innovations initiatives. With an emphasis on data analytics and visualization for CPI’s custom web applications, Dan finds new ways to elegantly present attorney and client metrics and build custom reporting features. This work helps Chapman attorneys leverage knowledge and data across practice groups to understand emerging trends and better serve our clients.
With a background in art, design and computer science, Dan builds user-friendly applications on top of open source frameworks and solutions. Prior to joining Chapman, Dan used his software programming and artistic abilities to build real-time location and logistics applications at Here Technologies. Outside the office, he devotes time to mentoring new software developers, primarily on projects for non-profits in the Chicago area.
