David Mills is an associate in Chapman's Asset Securitization Department. His practice is focused on the representation of issuers, investors, asset managers, and other participants in securitization and structured finance transactions involving a variety of asset classes. David's experience includes advising clients in debt financing transactions in the leveraged loan market for leveraged buyouts, acquisitions, dividend recapitalizations, and refinancings.
Prior to joining Chapman in 2018, David practiced in the leveraged finance group of an Am Law 100 firm and was an associate in the leveraged finance group of a US "Big Four" bank. David has also served as a volunteer with the US Peace Corps in Cameroon.
