Emily Hogan is an associate in Chapman's Commercial Lending Group and member of the firm's Banking and Financial Services Department. She represents financial institutions, including banks and specialty finance firms, in the structuring, negotiation, and documentation of a variety of lending transactions. Emily participated in Chapman's summer associate program in 2015 and joined the firm in 2016.
