Overview

Grace Kim is a paralegal in Chapman's Banking and Financial Services Department and a member of the Public and Institutional Banking & Finance Group. She assists attorneys in various public and private sector financing matters, including on and off site due diligence review of corporate filings, transactions involving tender option bonds and over-the-counter derivatives. She joined the firm in 2017 and has more than 17 years of experience working on public and private financings.
