Overview

Ildiko Jona is senior counsel in Chapman and Cutler's Banking and Financial Services Department and is a member of the Commercial Lending Practice Group. She joined the firm in 2014. Ildiko’s practice focuses on structuring, negotiating and documenting secured and unsecured financing transactions, including working capital credit facilities, cash flow loans, acquisition financing, asset-based financing, debtor-in-possession financing, mezzanine, and subordinated debt facilities. 

lldiko has previous experience as a member of the Finance and Real Estate Department of Latham & Watkins LLP. She has also practiced in the Budapest Office of Baker & McKenzie LLP, where she represented Hungarian and foreign clients in connection with financial transactions, privatization projects, securities offerings, and mergers and acquisitions.
