Ismail Ibrahim is an associate in Chapman's Illinois Public Finance Department. His practice is focused on serving as bond counsel, disclosure counsel, and underwriter’s counsel in various governmental purpose financings. 

Ismail participated in Chapman's summer associate program in 2020 and joined the firm in 2021. During law school, Ismail participated in the Investor Justice and Education Clinic at Howard University. He was recognized with the Martin Luther King Jr. Community Service Award as an undergraduate at the University of Illinois at Chicago.
