Jenny Lee Kawamura is an associate in the Banking and Financial Services Department of Chapman and Cutler.

Jenny has experience in a variety of different industries, such as patent infringement, employment law, and mortgage finance fraud. Due to her multilingual skills in Mandarin and Taiwanese, Jenny also has extensive experience in cross-border matters relating to Chinese business and law, as well as in matters relating to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.

Jenny's practice focuses on a variety of lending transactions, including marketplace lending and commercial lending. She assists clients in participation in global secondary markets for troubled and non-performing assets and claims. She also represents hedge funds and private equity funds in connection with acquisitions, equity investments, and general corporate work.

Prior to law school, Jenny worked as a paralegal for Latham & Watkins, assisting with large transactions and project finance deals.
