Overview

John Ketcham is a partner in Chapman's Asset Securitization Department. He focuses his practice on structured financial products, derivative securities, and corporate advisory work as well as securitization projects related to credit card and automobile receivables. 

John's work with structured products has included representation of major banks and other financial institutions in the development, negotiation, and documentation of various financial products, including structured notes and municipal capital market securities such as tender option bonds. John also has represented major multinational corporations and financial institutions in connection with internal reorganizations and corporate advisory matters.
