Joshua Smith is a partner and member of Chapman's Banking and Financial Services Department and Commercial Lending Group. His practice focuses on the representation of domestic and foreign commercial banks, investment banks, private equity funds, and other financial institutions in a variety of financing transactions. Joshua's experience includes leveraged finance and other syndicated bank loan transactions, the financing of financial assets, energy-based asset financings, asset-backed lending transactions, and debtor-in-possession financings.
