Kathryn Maass is an associate in Chapman's Corporate and Securities Department and a member of the firm's Investment Management Group. Her practice is focused on the formation and operation of unit investment trusts, open-end funds, exchange-traded funds (ETFs), and closed-end funds. Kathryn also advises broker-dealers and investment advisers on a variety of compliance and risk management matters.
Kathryn participated in Chapman's summer associate program in 2018 and joined the firm in 2019. During law school, Kathryn served as a judicial intern to Justice David Viviano of the Michigan Supreme Court.
