Kevin O’Neill is a partner in Chapman's Banking and Financial Services Department. He joined the firm in 2011 after completing his JD/MBA degrees.

While in school, Kevin served as an intern with the US Securities and Exchange Commission, Division of Enforcement; Indiana University Student Legal Services; Office of the Illinois Attorney General, Government Representation Division; and the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. Prior to that, he was an analyst for the Global Wealth and Investment Management unit of Bank of America and a trader for Fidelity Investments. He held Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
