Overview

Kevin O’Neill is a partner in Chapman’s Public and Institutional Banking & Finance Group and a member of the Banking and Financial Services Department. Kevin’s practice focuses on the representation of banks and other financial institutions, foreign and domestic, in providing credit and liquidity support for tax-exempt and taxable financings. He also advises clients in the direct purchase of bonded debt as well as structuring secured and unsecured financings for health care, 501(c)(3), and municipal borrowers.

Prior to law school, Kevin was an analyst for the Global Wealth and Investment Management unit of Bank of America and a trader for Fidelity Investments.
