Kevin Zhao is an associate in Chapman’s Asset Securitization Department. His practice is focused on the representation of asset managers, issuers, financial institutions, and investors in the structuring and negotiation of securitization and structured finance transactions with an emphasis in the area of CLOs. Kevin's experience includes advising clients on transactions involving derivatives and securitizations of automobile loans and leases, single family home rental payments, and commercial mortgages.
Prior to joining Chapman in 2019, Kevin was vice president and legal counsel in T. Rowe Price's global advisory business. He has also practiced at two global law firms where his work focused on structured transactions.
