Kristi Osentoski is an associate in Chapman’s Banking and Financial Services Department and is a member of the Commercial Lending Practice Group. Her practice focuses on advising banks and other financial institutions in documenting and structuring credit transactions, including asset-based financings, cash flow loans, acquisition financings, and multi-currency credit facilities.

Kristi has extensive experience in representing lenders in secured and unsecured credit facilities to private equity funds and their portfolio companies. She has represented a range of clients in connection with senior, subordinated, mezzanine, and first lien/second lien financings.
