Neil Mann is a partner in the Corporate Finance Department and has been practicing law since 1975 when he joined Chapman and Cutler LLP. Neil's experience primarily includes representation of institutional investors and issuers in connection with the cross-border private placements of corporate securities.

Neil concentrates on debt and equity transactions based on the credit of the borrower and has been a Trustee of the American College of Investment Counsel and has acted as Chairman of the Transaction Process Management Committee of the American College of Investment Counsel in developing model forms of documentation for U.S. and cross-border private placements.
