Rich DiLallo is senior counsel in the firm's Corporate Finance Department. He started practicing law as an associate at Chapman in 2001 and rejoined the firm in 2013.
Rich focuses his practice on representing financial institutions, institutional investors and other businesses in a wide variety of financing matters with an emphasis on corporate finance and securities offerings, including private placements of debt (both secured and unsecured) and equity, Rule 144A offerings, equipment and real estate leasing transactions, complex project and facility financings, and asset securitization transactions. He has also worked extensively with clients in energy-related financings, cross-border private placements, federal government financings and credit tenant leasing transactions.
