Rossina Petrova is senior counsel in Chapman's Asset Securitization Department. She represents asset managers, investment advisors, and large financial institutions in complex cross-border financing transactions, including collateralized loan obligation (CLO) issuances, aircraft finance transactions, warehouse finance arrangements, and repackaging transactions. Her work has involved a wide range of asset classes, including data centers, trade receivables, aircraft, and railroad cars.

Prior to joining Chapman, Rossina practiced law at Latham & Watkins. She has significant international financial market and structured product experience, having served as an associate general counsel with Citigroup Global Markets, Limited in London, and as a managing associate with a Magic Circle firm in London and a leading international law firm in Hong Kong.
