Scott Elsworth is senior counsel in Chapman's Asset Securitization Department and Banking and Financial Services Department. Scott's practice is focused on representing commercial banks and corporations in securitization and structured finance matters involving a wide variety of asset classes, and the negotiation and documentation of complex lending transactions.
His experience includes advising senior secured, second lien, and mezzanine lenders in connection with cash-flow and asset-based credit facilities. He has extensive experience with acquisition finance facilities, working capital loans, unitranche facilities, and cross-border financings.
Prior to joining Chapman, Scott practiced for 10 years at Am Law 200 firms.
