Sumaira Shaikh is an associate in Chapman's Asset Securitization Department. Her practice focuses on the representation of issuers, underwriters, and trustees in a broad range of securitization and structured finance transactions. Sumaira also has significant experience in securities disclosure matters and capital markets, derivatives, and debt financing transactions.
Prior to joining Chapman in 2017, Sumaira worked in the legal department at Capital One Financial Corporation.
