Will Petraglia is senior counsel in Chapman's Asset Securitization Department and a member of the Commercial Lending Group. His practice is focused on the representation of financial institutions, investors, and issuers in securitization and structured finance transactions involving a variety of asset classes, and the structuring, negotiation, and documentation of complex lending transactions.
Will's experience includes the representation of banks and other financial institutions in syndicated credit facilities, including cross-border transactions, cash flow credit facilities and split lien, asset-based revolving credit facilities. He also has experience advising clients in bankruptcy and restructuring matters, and in netting and collateral enforceability matters with respect to derivatives and FX products.
Prior to joining Chapman in 2017, Will served as senior capital markets counsel for a major US bank. He has also practiced at an Am Law 100 firm.
