Chapman was a sponsor at American Banker's P2P Lending & Investing Summit. Attorney Marc Franson moderated a panel discussion called "Innovation and Regulation: Can They Co-Exist in the P2P Space?" This conversation dealt with the current regulatory landscape affecting banks and alternative lending programs and whether regulation and compliance disrupt participation in the expanding alternative lending industry. Attorneys Michael Himmel and Peter Manbeck also attended the conference.
