Chapman attorneys Mark Rasmussen and Jim Sullivan were the featured panel speakers for the March monthly meeting of the Chicago Mortgage Attorneys Association, a group of Chicago-based real estate finance attorneys (both in-house and private) who get together for monthly luncheons where relevant continuing legal education topics are presented. Mark and Jim discussed topics including recent proposed reforms to the Bankruptcy Code, recent cases affecting the credit bidding rights of secured lenders, make-whole issues, and other developments.
