Cynthia Baker co-chaired a discussion session entitled "Opinion Committees 2020 — The Next Generation of Opinion Committees" at the Working Group on Legal Opinions. The Working Group of Legal Opinions' membership is made up of opinion committee chairs of most major New York and national transactional law firms and representatives from bar group opinion committees.
