Chapman attorneys Michael Friedman, Larry Halperin, Jim Sullivan, and Stephen Tetro spoke at the 6th Annual Bank & Financial Institutions Special Assets Forum on Real Estate, C&I and SBA Loans. Michael and Larry presented a case study entitled "An Interactive Negotiation of a Distressed Company Restructuring," and Jim and Stephen presented a session entitled "Checking Out?: Retail Bankruptcy Issues for Lenders and Lessors." Chapman sponsored and exhibited at the conference; attorneys Joe Lombardo and Bryan Jacobson were also in attendance.
