Chapman attorneys David Cholst, Amy Curran, Juliet Huang, and David Kates spoke at the National Association of Bond Lawyer's (NABL) 41st Bond Attorneys' Workshop. David Cholst participated in a panel discussion entitled “Bank Direct Purchases and Other Commercial Bank Products — Advanced Tax Concepts." Juliet Huang participated in two panel discussions entitled “Bank Direct Purchases and Other Commercial Bank Products — General Concepts” and “Tax-Exempt Leasing — Recent Developments and Advanced Topics.” David Kates presented two panel discussions entitled "Health Care Facilities — Non-Tax Matters" and "Pay for Success Social Impact Bonds." Amy participated in the panel on social impact bonds. Additional Chapman attorneys were also in attendance.
