Chapman attorney Marc Franson spoke at the 2nd Annual Online Lending Policy Summit, which was hosted by the Online Lending Policy Institute (OLPI). Marc moderated a panel discussion entitled "Are We Really Protecting Borrowers?" Marc is on the OLPI's Board of Governors. The OLPI is a not-for-profit public policy organization that encourages responsible innovation in online lending through thought leadership and fostering dialogue between policy makers, industry experts, and academics.
