Chapman attorney Michael Friedman spoke at the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) of Florida’s 10th Annual Winter Conference. Michael participated in an interactive case study, which used a case study approach and mock negotiations to work through restructuring alternatives. The case focused on issues related to valuation, the rights and remedies of disparate lender groups and potential reorganization both in and outside of a bankruptcy proceeding. Michael is a member of the TMA.
