Matthew C. Boba returned to Chapman and Cutler LLP as a partner in the Corporate and Securities practice group. Matt rejoined the Firm from Howe Barnes Hoefer & Arnett, where he spent seven years working on legal matters, regulatory inquiries, compliance procedures, and corporate secretarial functions as executive vice president and general counsel. He returned to Chapman, where his practice began in 1987, to focus on corporate counseling, particularly broker-dealer compliance and FINRA rules and regulations.
