Overview
Chris Pellegrini is senior counsel in Chapman's Commercial Lending Group and a member of the Banking and Financial Services Department. His practice is focused on representing banks and other financial institutions in a wide range of secured and unsecured credit facilities. Chris regularly works with clients to draft and prepare loan documentation along with addressing legal matters pertaining to management, credit, and sales.
His experience also includes bank litigation matters, including foreclosures and commercial litigation as well as organizing and executing loan workouts involving loan/note sale agreements, deeds in lieu, consent foreclosures, and other settlement agreements.
Prior to joining Chapman, Chris practiced at a Chicago law firm and previously served as assistant general counsel at a national commercial bank.
